A streamlined recruitment service to get small charities ready to fill trustee roles efficiently and professionally.
Includes:
- Skills audit of your current board to identify gaps
- Drafting of a comprehensive trustee recruitment pack, including tailored trustee role descriptions and person specifications
- Drafting of a tailored advert and advice on where to advertise (Note: Will always prioritise free platforms where possible unless the charity wishes to pay for advertising)
- Advice on how and where to undertake pro-active search
- Advice on interview process, structure and questions
- Advice on onboarding processes, including a basic onboarding plan
2. Enhanced
Ideal for charities that want more hands-on help to recruit new trustees and to ensure they are also well-prepared and engaged from day one.
Includes everything in the Essential package, plus:
- Placement of adverts and management of applications
- Candidate communication and interview coordination
- Preparation of interview questions and scoring criteria
- A tailored Trustee Induction Handbook
- Structured induction plan including guidance on key meetings and onboarding timelines
3. Comprehensive
A full-service package for charities seeking hands-on support with a strong emphasis on long-term trustee engagement.
Includes everything in the Enhanced package, plus:
- A full Trustee Handbook covering governance, roles, responsibilities, and policies
- Interview facilitation support**
- Facilitation of extended onboarding support (e.g. mentoring, shadowing, or buddying system)
- Optional attendance at your first board meeting to support new trustee integration
**Online only & up to a maximum of 5 interviews. Additional interviews would carry additional charges.
Charities with turnover under £250k receive 10% off all services.
