Anna Campbell
Founder of High View
I believe in strengthening the people who strengthen communities. Through integrity, empathy, and a calm, thoughtful approach, my goal is to support your organisation to be the best it can be, so the people you care for feel and see the difference.
I bring over 20 years of experience supporting organisations through strategic operations, governance, and project delivery, guided by integrity, collaboration, and a focus on long-term impact.
Starting in admin and committee support, I built a strong foundation in detail-oriented work and clear communication. Over 17 years at a Medical Royal College, I progressed to leading national NHS training programmes, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, and working closely with senior professionals. As General Manager of a small charitable medical society, I gained hands-on experience running lean, high-impact organisations with limited resources and ambitious goals.
In 2023, I founded High View to bring this experience to charities, communities and organisations that are focused on creating social action.
I understand the pressure of trying to do it all while staying true to your purpose. That’s why I offer calm, thoughtful support to help you streamline operations, stay on top of governance, and move strategic projects forward, so you can focus on what matters most: building stronger communities and making the difference you set out to achieve.
I work in partnership with clients, building trusted relationships that empower organisations to thrive, co-creating solutions grounded in your strengths and aspirations.
If you’re looking for a trusted partner who understands your world and shares your values, let’s talk about how I can support your goals.
Testimonials
Anna has spearheaded our essential community engagement work and swiftly showed her propensity to know what needs to be done, how best to do it and to move things forward with energy and clarity. She has proved to be a dab hand at written communications, undertaking surveys, coordinating community events and producing reports and action plans for our funders and our board. She has also been ready to take on new challenges as they arise. My fellow directors and I feel most fortunate in having found someone with Anna’s undoubted skills and experience.
Dr Alan Maryon-Davis MBE, Chair, Nadder Community Energy
Anna is amazing. She's incredibly organised, calm and aware. Nothing is too much trouble. She's brought so much ease to mine and the other exec's lives. Everyone needs an Anna!
– CEO, National healthcare charity
Anna keeps me on track with governance, allowing me to keep the board on track. Her minute taking is exceptional. We've had some really difficult board conversations and her ability to cut through the waffle is genuinely incredible.
– CEO, National homeless charity
Drawing on her previous charity experience, Anna has helped us set up new and better ways of working. This has enabled the Trustees to do more of the "Trustee" role and be less bothered with the admin side of things. They have more time to consider the impact for our beneficiaries and as a result there are significantly improved outcomes. Charity Trustees also have full-time jobs, their work with us is additional to that, so clarity and simplicity of comms is absolutely key. Anna understands that. Her friendly demeanour when chasing up trustees when they've not done what they need to do is second to none!
– Charity CEO
Anna was an extremely valuable member of my team for many years. She is a superbly efficient and reliable administrator and organiser, but much more than that. She was always happy to step up and take on an ever-expanding set of responsibilities, including managing multiple high-profile and sensitive projects.
– Joe Booth, Former Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive, The Royal College of Radiologists
I worked with Anna for six years at The Royal College of Radiologists. During that time, we collaborated on several important projects on behalf of the college and her excellent administrative and organisational skills enabled us to deliver significant national initiatives in healthcare. During her time at the college, Anna led a team that was responsible for clinical oncologists and radiologists' education and training throughout the U.K. and she displayed leadership skills of the highest order as she and her colleagues delivered important projects such as our training curricula. I always found that Anna had a friendly manner, a can-do attitude, and a collegiate approach which made working with her a pleasure. Because of her leadership, organisational and administrative skills, I am happy to recommend her as an excellent colleague with whom to work.
– Dr William Ramsden, Consultant Paediatric Radiologist, Leeds Children’s Hospital. Previously Medical Director, Education and Training (2016-2019) and Vice President (2020-2023), Royal College of Radiologists.
